The RRAA Seal

From the RRAA 001 WEB-NEWS newsletter:

I have included [the] RRAA organization seal. It is topped by "RRAA" and bottomed by "1997," which represent our name and date of founding. There are icons of a woman and man on the left, which represent the importance of persons to the paper. On the right are zeros and ones, which represent the presence of the paper on computers/the internet. In the middle is the RutRev itself, which is, of course, the central reason for all of this hullaballoo.
